On your scheduled pickup and delivery date, you will receive a text message as a courtesy reminder for today’s appointment. Then at 5 PM, you will be notified again by text message with an estimated time arrival for your valet. If this time is not convenient, you can request to adjust route schedule between i6PM to 9PM by TEXTING iCleaners.

iCleaners charges $6.00 delivery fee per order to support the transportation operating expenditures

'Right Now' - Same Day Service
If you have an emergency situation, iCleaners Express Service provides immediate pickup during the business hour between 9AM and 5PM and will be delivered within five hours on the same day. You will need to CALL us to verify service availability in person. 100% 'EXPRESS' rush fee is charged.

Priority

'Next Day' - 1 Day Service
iCleaners offer Next Day Service, providing same day pickup during business hours between 9AM and 5PM and delivery by the next day after business hours between 6PM to 9PM. You will need to TEXT us to confirm service availability. 50% 'PRIORITY' service fee is charged.

Doorman Building

''Business Hours' - 2 Day Service
If you live in doorman building, you can schedule for service pickup as early as next business day. iCleaners will pick up and deliver in two days anytime in regular business hours between 9AM to 5PM. Just LOG IN to iCleaners.com and place pick-up request.

No Doorman Building

'After Business Hours' - 2 Day Service
If you live in no doorman building, you can schedule for service pickup as early as the next business day. iCleaners will pick up between 6PM and 9PM and then deliver in two days anytime after regular hours between 6PM to 9PM. Just LOG IN to iCleaners.com and place pick-up request.
